Conditions of sale – Publications
The following conditions apply to all sales concluded with the Association québécoise Plaidoyer-Victimes (AQPV).

- Product availability
Items displayed on the website are always in stock. If, however, your item(s) is(are) not available when the order is processed, we will contact you by email and refund the full amount of your order.
- Pricing

- All prices are available in Canadian dollars (CAD), US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR).
- The AQPV reserves the right to modify the price of its products at any time without notice.
- The price of ordered products will be confirmed when you move from your shopping cart to the checkout.
- Payment methods

- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal.
- We also accept cheques.
- Shipping costs
Shipping costs cover preparation and handling costs + postage. They are calculated based on the delivery address, number of items orders, weight of the order and the total cost of the order.
6. Product delivery

- The APQV will deliver products ordered to the delivery address you provide with your order. Delivery will be made after your order has been accepted, in accordance with the delivery method you have selected on the site. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination, chosen delivery method and product availability. Estimated delivery time is between five to 10 business days.
- Your package will be shipped via Canada Post. Once your shipment has been turned over to the transport company, you become the owner of the products you ordered. At that point, you assume all associated risks and the AQPV will not be responsible for any loss, irregular delivery times or destruction.
- If you are absent from the address where you asked the AQPV to deliver your order, you will be responsible for recovering the products contained in your order in accordance with Post Canada regulations.
- In the case of products delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all customs clearance fees and any other costs involved in exporting goods outside of Canada.
- The AQPV must have received full payment for products to be delivered before processing their delivery.
- Refund policy
If there is an error in your order, you must contact the AQPV at boutique@aqpv.ca within two business days of submitting your order to rectify the transaction. Refunds and exchanges are not offered: all sales are final.
- Returning defective merchandise
Items provided by the AQPV are new and guaranteed to be without defect. If, on receipt, a product is found to be defective, the AQPV will exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, within 10 days of the date of delivery, provided a copy of the AQPV invoice is included.
- Problems during online transactions
