The Association québécoise Plaidoyer-Victimes welcomes three types of members: individual, group, and partner.
| Definition | Any individual who supports the mission, objectives and values of the AQPV. |
| Obligations | Individual members agree to respect the Charter and regulations of the AQPV and to pay the annual memberships fee established for this category of member. |
| Rights | Individual members have the right to speak and vote at the Annual General Meeting. They also receive publications intended for members and are entitled to membership privileges. |
| Annual membership fee | $30.00 |
| Definition | Any non-profit organization (or local, regional, national or international association) or community organization that supports the mission, objectives and values underlying the actions of the AQPV. |
| Obligations | Group members agree to respect the Charter and regulations of the AQPV and to pay the annual membership fee established for this category of member. |
| Rights | Group members, through a delegated representative, have the right to speak and vote at the Annual General Meeting. They also receive publications intended for members and are entitled to membership privileges. |
| Annual membership fee | $100.00 |
| Definition | Partner members are government or para-government organizations, professional associations and private corporations that support the mission, objectives and values underlying the actions of the AQPV. |
| Obligations | Partner members agree to respect the Charter and regulations of the AQPV and to pay the annual memberships fee established for this category of member. |
| Rights | Partner members may participate in AQPV activities and attend general meetings, but do not have the right to vote and are not eligible to sit on the AQPV Board of Directors. They also receive publications intended for members and are entitled to membership privileges. |
